OK This **bleep** WTF!!!!!!!!! Paypal withdraws 3.00 from my account

WTF!!!!  Papal withdraws $3.00 from my linked account. For verification they were supost to deposit. WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   where the F--- is the deposit??? Just 3 **bleep** withdraws for 1.00 each. Tried to dispute a unauthorized transaction and it wont show as an open or submitted dispute  but will say your dispute has been submitted  ANYONE KNOW A BETTER WAY TO BANK?????????????????????????? PLEASE REPLY candycranium-gmail.com or at least a way to get my dumb 3 dollars back?? Thank u

What kind of account did you link... credit card, debit card or bank account?

The $1.00 withdrawl is a temporary withdrawl that Paypal uses to check that the card is still active and not at its limit.

It will disappear on its own in 3-4 days.

It's a common tactic now used by all sorts of cards.
