I just all of a sudden today 10/06/2011 had a notice posted at the top of my account saying that payments were completed but I can't have access to the money for 21 days. It also says that I have a below standard something and I need to raise my standard. I have been buying and selling on ebay for about a year now and have not received a single negative or neutral feedback. I have a 100% feedback so what am I supposed to raise. It says that I could offer discounts on shipping and I do. The first item you purchase is usually $2.99 then the maximum is $5.00 even if you order 10 items $5.00 for shipping is all you pay. That sounds like a preety good discount to me. If anyone out there has a suggestion on why they did this or what I can do about it I would appreciate it. Thanks James
