I believe that once the claim is made against a seller that the buyer should be nullified from leaving feedback. I

had a case that I tried to solved but the buyer cancelled it just to leave me with negative feedback. I feel that was wrong too. Ebay better listen to its sellers otherwise its going to cost them big time... there are other fish in the ocean...
