My payment didn't go through, why???

I paid for an item yesterday using paypal and everything seemed normal but today the receiver of the payment asked me to pay for the item. I looked in my paypal account and there is no record of the payment that I had made the day before.... How can this be? The sum is just under $14.00 but this is a matter of principle! Why didn't my payment go thru and why didn't I receive a massage of this problem and why is there NO record of the payment?

A massage of the problem? Sorry lol, my advice is to call PayPal. Go to contact us, and click "call us"
