Holding funds from sellers until the buyer leaves feedback is the worst idea EVER! Since when does Paypal become an authority on buyer satisfaction?? A smooth transaction is all that I wanted from Paypal. If they are going to hold funds, then they should make it very clear BEFORE you use them! Keeping my money in their account for 21 days is a HUGE disadvantage of using Paypal. Stick to transferring funds, not trying to be a satisfaction authority!

I have been taken off of this once before for no reason and then I was recently placed back on it after I had sold a couple of things on ebay. I have 100% feedback and I have been using paypal since 2006, so I think its complete **bleep** that I need 25 positive feedback in three months on ebay to get MY money. I mean I pay Paypal and Ebay on time, you would think that they would give me what I'm owed on time. Can anyone give me any other websites I can use for my ebay to get money for things I sell, because I never want to give Paypal my money again.

I'm with you! I don't even sell on ebay and paypal is keeping my money! No negatives or problems whatsoever!!!! I can't even take paypal off of my website as the payment method! So, I am going to do whatever it takes to use another service. I have a friend that uses PROPAL and she is very happy with it. I'm going to check into it today! Good luck everyone!

After reading through other topics on here about the same thing and Paypal still not caring, I encourge everyone to stop using them. I have called them about it and they really didn't know why I have been taken and put back on, but they are unwilling to change it. **bleep** you Paypal.

Has anyone tried switching from Ebay to Amazon? Is it cheaper? Do they use something different than Paypal? I really want to stop using paypal and ebay because of my time and money that they are wasting.

Hey,
As a buyer I'm dealing with this bs. The seller won't ship my item untill PayPal realses the funds. Meaning PP has found away for both the mercant and buyer to be left holding the bag.

I just got this email from pay pay today. What it said was unbelievable. I can not understand the self destructive patterns eBay and pay pay have taken in the last 4-5 years. This one takes the cake. Here is what I am outraged about: "We reviewed your account and determined that there's a relatively higher than average risk of future transaction issues"
I have only had 2 negative feedback in 4 years. None of witch where in my control. Some lady bought brand new 2way radio's and must not have been able to put the battery's in. She was rude and nasty as heck. No resolve but negative feedback. The items where in a sealed package so no way they where defective. If so walmart or Motorola would have fixed the problem faster then I could have.
Second was me being honorable and sending an item I lost money on just to stay in good standing. The guy must have changed email addresses and never looked. Tracking was sent but he left me neg for not getting the tracking #. That’s the thanks I get for selling a $200 item for $25. That guy got a steal and I got negged. Would ebay do anything about it? Heck no.
**bleep** paypal and **bleep** ebay. Pay pal is paid very well to keep payments safe. Now we have to so their is no need for them. They can’t even do the job they are paid to do so who needs them. Trim the fat. I quit selling 4 months ago anyways. No way to make anything with capped shipping and no people bidding. How can ebay cap shipping if the cost to ship is more then they will let u charge? Then take some of it and put it in there greasy hands as profit. What a bunch of crooks.
