What is the problem?

Whenever I attempt to purchase an item from ebay I get this notice: 

"error

First, On what device are you purchasing the item?

Second, is this a problem with eBay accepting the item as a purchase or with PayPal submitting payment?

I was trying to make the purchase on my computer. As for your second question I'm not sure.

It's now working. I didn't do anything different so I'm not certain what the issue was.

I'm using a computer  (desktop) and i'm not sure whether the error is from paypal or ebay.

I've been having the same problem for over a week now.

Im trying to use an ebay gift cirtificate.

Everythings fine until it trys processing the payment. Any solutions?
