EBay Dispute Questions

Hello All-  Hopefully someone may be able to offer some insight!

 

I recently (1/26/11) purchased a toy for my son's birthday and it never arrived.  I have started the ebay resolution process 3 days ago and received a message stating that the seller removed the item 2 weeks after they had already received payment from papal.  The seller will not respond by email and has removed all of their other items.

 

My questions...

Is there anyway to add this new info to help expedite my claim?

 

Is there a way to still leave seller feedback now that the link disappeared with the removal of the item?

 

Any other tips?  I'm new to eBay and don't enjoy being taken for a ride!

Thanks for stopping by the forums.  I'm sorry to hear that the toy for your son's birthday didn't arrive 😞 

You have taken the right steps by contacting eBay to begin a claim!  I would recommend contacting eBay if there is any additional information you wish to add to the claim. 

 

You can do so by:

 

  1. Logging in to your eBay account.
  2. Click “Contact us.”
  3. Enter your question under Contact eBay Customer Support, then click “Ask.”
