I can no longer make EBay payments for purchases using paypal like I have been doing. Now I keep getting asked to supply a credit card number, what is up with that? And even if I wanted to add a new credit card, it won't let add a Master Card. I have never had this problem in the past. I have a purchase to pay for and would love some help please
Same problem here. I am at the point I no longer dare to attempt to use paypal until this issue is addressed. I have tow ebay sellers already angry at me for non-payment, and neither will accept what I am telling them - I can't make payment because paypal insists I supply a credit card for items that do not require a credit card. One seller has even opened a case against me - WTF, this problem has got to be fixed and soon.
