Why is PayPal not looking at Jamaica as potential market? Jamaica has no real e-payment solution and the current Government is looking for new inverters to come in and help develop this area.

You can see available countries and what capabilities are available by going to www.paypal.com and clicking on the Worldwide link on the bottom of the home page. From there you can select the country of your choice from a drop-down menu of all of our available countries & regions.
