Java 6 21 Crashes MultiOrder Shipping

Installing release 21 of Java 6 will likely cause Java and its debugger to crash when printing multiple labels, or when doing reprints (works fine for single labels though).  I tried reloading Java several times, but the fix was to migrate back to release 19, and uninstall other versions.  Works gret now.  Someting in Java 21 is a problem.

Hope this saves some otheres some time.

I tried to uninstall the update but I must haver removed it entirely..when I tried to print it said I had to install the Java again.  I still can't print international labels since the update.  Can you tell me how to just uninstall the last update?

This is exactly my question. I can't print international labels. What can i do or what can I download from Java that doesn't have the buggy update and will work to print international labels. I have tried using 3 broswers. I have installed and uninstalled everything and tried over and over. I have called Pay Pal, they seemed aware of the problem but couldn't help.  I have gone to the Java site and tried to get help. They said most things can be fixed with their help for $50.00. But no way am I paying them to get help for something they caused. I used to be able to print international labels. Now I can't. Nothing I have tried has helped me.Ddoes anyone have any advice for me? TIA. Smiley Sad

Can't print international labels on Mozilla or IE with Java installed.  Java spins and screen turns black.  Are there problems with paypal today?  Should I stop wasting my time trying to troubleshoot and try again tomorrow, or is this something more serious?

AFAIK, you uninstall the Java update from your Control Panel>Add or remove programs.

I had the same issue after installing Java 6 Update 21, could not print international but could still print domestically. I went into Add/Remove Programs and uninstalled Java 6 Update 21, I would also recommend uninstalling all other versions of Java that you see in Add/Remove. After a successful uninstall, I went to C:\Program Files and deleted the "Java" folder and all the contents inside. I then restarted windows and reloaded Java 6 Update 20. I use a website called filehippo.com, they retain ALL versions of Java. Please let me know if this worked or did not work for you. I tried this on both a 64-bit Vista and 64-bit Windows 7 and it worked.
