Check Deposit coming to Android?

The Check Deposit feature in the iPhone app is probably one of the best features I've seen for a smartphone to date. However, with a 3rd generation iPod Touch (without any cameras) and a Droid 2 Global, I feel left out. Is it safe to assume that the feature is also being developed for the Android app, and if so, when might it be released?

God, yes, PLEASE! I wish Wells Fargo had this feature already, but it doesn't, and I don't think I'm ready to switch banks over it. If PayPal offered this I'd be set, even if it is a little slow-- I can always go to the real bank when I'm in a bigger hurry.

This is another vote / request for check deposit via the PayPal Android app. 

I'd also appreciate increasing the cap on how much money can be deposited from a check via the app. I'd like to be able to deposit my paycheck, not just little checks.

How does Android not have this!  I read a great article on how this was available for Iphone and Android (obviously the author has an Iphone and did not do his homework).  This is a great feature and would definitely get me using PayPal more often.

Please get an android version of check deposit.  Your leaving out a huge cash flow into paypal!

There are many more Android phones in use than iPhones. It's a crime that this feature available for Android.

Great news everyone - this feature is available for Android as of a few weeks ago.  Download the latest version and give it a try!
