"This card is linked to another PayPal account"

Hi, I had two accounts. When I want to add a card, it reminds me that 'This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method.' I checked both accounts but didn't find any records about that card that I'm going to add. Could you please help me to fix this problem?

You are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business, if you have 2 of the same type you risk them both being limited.

Also there is only a certain number of times you can add a card to a paypal account (may be country dependent) so you may have run out of tries.

All you can do is reach out to customer services and see if they can link it for you?
