Am from Kenya and I have been trying to link my paypal account to my mpesa virtual visa card but it has been declined, yet the card is not expired. What could be the problem?
Paypal does not accept all cards so you may get the message the card is declined. If the Visa you are trying to add is virtual or issued online you may need to try another card.
