Recieved both deposits to verify bank account, but they're not what I sent

I'm slightly confused, and maybe I missed something, but I did the 2 small deposits to verify my bank account. I did, infact, get 2 deposits, but not the amount I sent? I sent 1 euro and recieved 0.18+0.20 so, 20 cents... I'm wondering, if this is normal. I'm a little afraid to send the rest of my money to my bank account, if the money just disappears like that. Could my bank have taken something?

You don't send the deposits, what happens is you request to confirm your bank and paypal sends you them as per link.

So your code would be 1802 to confirm that account.
