I have registered an account. Paypal requires you to fill in the details of a bank account in the USA. I don't have a U.S. bank account. What to do?

You can't add a local  bank account in every country, if you don't have that option then you have to add a card instead.

You can however in most countries add a U.S bank account (not card) to your paypal account. This is because paypal is a U.S company and allows that option for U.S Paypal account holders working in other countries.

Maybe you didn't understand. I use a VISA card. Paypal still requires filling in the details of the bank in the USA. If Paypal only works for those who have an account in the USA, is it useless for the rest?
Then why it take $1.95?

No they do not require you to add a U.S bank account.

That option is only there for U.S ex-pats living in other countries as paypal is a U.S company and allows them to do that.

I have the U.S bank account option in my country but I could add a local bank and did not have to add a U.S bank account.

You can't add a local bank account only a card in your country.

In most countries of the world you can add a U.S bank account if you want to but it is not mandatory.

If that's the way you wrote to me. I tried to send the payment to the seller. However, Palpay writes to me:

Your account is not supported for this action.
If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service.

Then what could be the problem?
