PayPal keeps returning funds after transferring money from bank account

Hi all, I am having problems transferring money from my bank account to PayPal. Even though my bank account is already verified, when I transfer money from my bank account to the account according to the instruction shown it keeps returning the funds to me without adding money into my PayPal account. Anyone here's encountered the same issue?

Here are a few tips regarding adding funds from a bank account:

• You can add funds from most banks and credit unions in Singapore (excluding UOB).
• We don’t charge a fee to add funds from your bank account. Your bank may charge a fee to transfer the funds.
• You can only add funds to your PayPal account in Singapore Dollars.

ok not sure how I was supposed to be aware of that, however I take your point and won't waste your time with my advice anymore.
