Good evening to all!!
For some time now I have a balance that I owe to paypal (small amount) because when the purchase was made there was no money on my card. For this reason after 3 months my account is closed because of this top amount of debt. I contacted the bank but they did not help me with this issue. In general is there any way for paypal to get the amount of my debt (to send it within my account or some other solution because every 3 months my account is locked because of this debt)?
Thanks

Hello @Asteroid771
Welcome to the PayPal Help Community and thanks for your post!
I do understand your concern about the money you owe in your PayPal account. When a payment is paid using a bank, the money to your seller completes instantly because PayPal fund this on customer's behalf and wait for a bank transaction to clear. When PayPal is unable to get the funds from your funding source, your balance will go negative. If the negative balance is not cleared by 120 days, your account will be locked and you won't be able to access it. I would suggest you to contact the support team to get this resolved.
Good luck,
Bindu
