Minus account status out of nowhere, where to get help?

hello, hope you are well.
Paypal sent me a notice saying that I have an outstanding amount from PayPal. I logged in and checked, and found all my transaction has been completed with my bank and there is no outstanding deduction shown in the record. Where can I get help? Thank you

I'm sorry to hear that you received a notice regarding a negative balance. I understand how scary that would be. There's a chance that the negative balance has already been resolved, which might be why you can't find anything on it. I suggest creating an activity download through these steps. Another thought that comes to mind is, could you possibly have a second PayPal account with a different email? If so, I'd try logging into that account to see.
