I'm facing problem with my bank account link on wallet

hello, I'm not able to link my bank account on PayPal, so can't Withdraw my money from PayPal also I'm tier to fine customer support.

Why can't you link it? Is it a local physical (not online) bank registered in the same name as your paypal account?
