I have a problem linking my easy pay card to my paypal account

I have a problem when linking my visa card. This message " Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method." But when I contact my bank they say that the card is working fine and the problem is from paypal
I have tried to contact paypal through message us but they don't reply.

What do you mean by "required"?
if you mean that I have to get it. No I don't. But almost all the debit cards in the country. So it's my only option.

I am sorry to know that you're having issues while adding a card. Please check this Help Center Article to know some to the reasons why your card could have been declined. Unfortunately, there are some cards that aren't compatible for use with PayPal. This may include most online or virtual cards. Kindly note that you can only add a visa card which is issued by a traditional banks and not online banks.

My card is a visa card by a traditional bank. And I still have the probelm. I have also checked the artical and hoh of the cases apply to me.

Yes, when I talked to paypal chat customer service they told me to wait for 3 days but it didn't work. So I waited like a week without trying to link my card and talked with the customer service when I'm linking my card and it worked.
I advice you to reach out ti the costumer service. They might take a long time to reply but they will he you alot

Having same issue with VISA card. I called my bank and they said everything is OK on their side. My card is active, I confirmed it when buying online.
