Error Confirmation, US Bank, Mauritius

My Mauritius PayPal account keeps showing Error of No confirmation while I am trying to link it up to my US Bank account, Wells Fargo. What should I do to solve the problem

Is it a U.S bank opened on U.S soil?

Only Paypal does not support virtual/online bank accounts OR USD currency accounts.
