Direct debit mandate tab not working, I’ve tried to set up direct debit to go from bank to PayPal but the tab isn’t working every time I click tab it just goes back to previous page ????
As of 28 Oct 2022 this problem still exists. Never had a problem before, my card/bank details havn’t changed, and yet every time I click ‘Accept Mandate’ I get that bloody error message. Has ANYONE had any luck with a solution?
I was having this issue too and paypal app wouldn't let me remove card or update direct debit, so I logged in on my computer on chrome and confirmed my direct debit and it worked straightaway.. so this is the only solution I know of.
