Credit or Debit Card can not link

Why my credit or debit card is rejected whenever I try to link it to my PayPal account?

Has to be a credit visa in your country I believe.

Make sure the billing address of the card exactly matches the address of your paypal account.

Make sure you confirm it as per link.
