Credit card updating error

Hello, I tried to updating my Credit Card expiry date and when i click update i got verified by 1 usd from paypal and received invalid data. I tried to remove it and add it again same error invalid data. I called USA they refused to help as my account from Kuwait and they can't see what's happened. I asked them to give me the call center for Kuwait and they said No phone number and no agent to chat and no email. So what should i do ! Now 2 days i tried to find way to reach one to talk with. In my account when i go to contact us or help also i cant find customer service email. I need help !

The 1 usd is just to check its the correct account and that account is active. It would fall off after a few days and you don't have to do anything if you are just updating the card.

The problem not with if it returns or not its not update my credit card its gave me invalid data provided ! Did you get it !
