I do understand that you have an issue with linking your card to your new PayPal account. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page to get help with your concern. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account.

I have a paypal account but years ago I had one with a considerable amount of money in it.Im not sure if the one I have now is the same one as most of the money is gone - have I used it up in one small but recurring payment I make from it or could there be another lost account somewhere?
