I can’t seem to link my card to my paypal account. I wasn’t able to login to my account through the app earlier but that seems to work now. But I still cannot link the card. I have tried two, was able to link in the past, but not this time. Has anyone got any idea if there is some issue going on with paypal today? Country: UAE
am from saudia and has the same problem , i have an expired card linked to the account and i removed it . when i tried to link the new card from the same bank , its refused , saying that the bank issuer denied the link of this card
