Can't link my IBAN account opened in a Czech bank

Hi. My name is Serhii. I'm from Czech Republic. I'm trying to finish my registration on PayPal but I can't link my IBAN account opened in a Czech bank. It always reffers me to the Contact center for the help, help topics send me to the IBAN link page and we go round and round again without any progress. The debit card from this bank was linked and recognized without any problems. Maybe someone came across the same situation? What can I do? Thank you so much.

Did you go to your bank and get the IBAN number from them?

That is the information on the format of an IBAN number and how they work.
If you have the Number that the bank gave you, contact customer support by clicking the "help" button, then scrolling down and choose a method of contact by clicking "contact us". They will be better able to help you there.
