Can’t Transfer Bitcoin

I purchased about $20 in Bitcoin through PayPal in early October.  For the past week, I’ve been trying to transfer this Bitcoin to another wallet outside of PayPal and it says I don’t have about Bitcoin to transfer.  I didn’t think there was a minimum amount needed to transfer, and even so, I would think $20 if sufficient.  Has anyone else had issues and can anyone provide suggestions?

There are a lot of untrue recommendations and it's hard to tell who is legit. If you have lost crypto to scam [Removed] is the best option I can bet on that cause I have seen lot of recommendations about them and I'm a witness on their capabilities. They will surely help out. Took me long to find them. The wonderful part is no upfront fee till crypto is recover successfully that's how genuine they are.

I had the same problem. So if your playing a game and the request $10 or $15 bitcoin to play you cannot send that amount it has to be over $20 for pay pal to let it go through which is total bs if you ask me.
