Whenever I try to buy something with bitcoin that I bought through paypal, it keeps sending me to a page where it will "only take a couple minutes" to verify my identity. I fill in the sms code sent by paypal. Then it sends me to a page where it says "we are unable to confirm your identity." I have been dealing with this since June and its getting annoying not being able to use currency I purchased. None of the previous help options posted from support has helped. Ex: clearing cache/ history.

Hello @Finndian
Welcome and thank for writing in the PayPal Help Community!
Sorry to hear that you're not able to make a transaction using PayPal. Usually if you are getting this message it would indicate that you are accessing your account from a different location/device or using any VPN or proxy servers which triggers the system to verify your identity. Please avoid using any restricted/public networks and try again by clearing cache, cookies from your browser or using a different browser. If the issue persists, please reach out to PayPal team to get this checked further.
Hope this works, have a great day!
Bindu
