Available Balance not updating.

I received a payment this morning and the transaction says it's completed under Recent Activity.

Under Cash Flow, the money that was transferred to Paypal this morning was added to Money in, but not to balance.
My balance always updates right after I make a transfer, but it's been close to an hour and my available balance still says $0.00.
I made a transfer just a few days ago and there was no issue. 

I'm not sure if this is related, but the website for me has been glitching out a little bit. I tried logging out and logging back in, but that didn't help.

 

Any advice is appreciated.

Oh thank god it's not just me having this issue today, I hope all of our balances gets restored asap!

I’m having the same issue. My pay day isn’t until tomorrow and the money someone sent me was for me to pay for gas so I could get to work! My shift starts in just over an hour and I doubt my employer would buy “paypal is down” as a valid reason for me not being there

Same problem here. IT looks like something went wrong today. My calls to the help center keep getting disconnected and the chatbot is down. I have to believe that there's something that needs attention and that they will resolve it

Same problem and trying to get in touch with Paypal is impossible and insulting. Please let me know if anyone finds out a way to fix this.

same thing! i received two deposits from a survey site. It shows the activity but my balance still says $0

Same issue. Normally my transfers are added to my Paypal Balance immediately. Today my husband transferred money to me from his Paypal account to my Paypal Account as a friends/family transaction. It showed up on the Home screen of my Paypal account a being received, but there was not an Accept option. I clicked on the notification and it took me to the transaction saying it was received. I went to Activity and can see it there, but it was not added to my Paypal Balance. I tried to chat with Paypay, but was not given that option. I was able to chat with a Paypal automated area and explain my issue. It said the messages would be sent to a customer service agent and normally would get a reply in a few hours. I decided to call instead. Was prompted to call[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]and enter a code. When I called there was no option to give a code. Only a message saying "Error connecting with people. Please check your internet service...etc." Made no sense. Hoping they get it corrected quickly.

The same thing is happening to me. No communication from PayPal on the matter. It is very frustrating and I hope they fix it soon.
