I can't link my PayPal profile to FnB in the FnB website....it keeps saying there are a few Fica Requirements outstanding, is there anyone who encountered the same problem? If so, how can it be fixed?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
