Why is my account negative after being credited the same amount

I was credited $153 on OCT 3. From a recent Amazon purchase. After cancellation from me on Amazon and PayPal canceled it. I was finally credited the 153 back. I order more parts with it. Then on the 4th account says I’m Negative that exact amount??? Why

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

I understand your concern about the negative balance on your PayPal account. In general, whenever you make the payment, PayPal will instantly transfer the funds to the recipient and then would retrieve the funds from your funding source. For account-specific questions, to know why there is a negative balance, I would advise you to contact our customer care department who can help you further. You can do this by clicking on the Contact link at the bottom of every PayPal page to check what your contact options are.
