When I try to transfer crypto to an external wallet, it does not function.

when i go to transfer my crypto into a different wallet it ask for my phone number verification and after im done it says Verification complete but than it redirects me to page and says We're unable to verify your identity but ive verified everything can anybody help me fix this?

I get the exact same. I wonder if the balance has to age a bit. Have you had your balance >$20 longer than a day?

I havent i have  no idea if u have to or not i would still have to wait around 12 hrs or more than

it just blocks you half the time. ive been using the feature since release and its down more than its available. im not sure why. my guesses are their available liquidity to part with off chain or the system is just that badly optimized and constantly broken. both are highly believable.
