I recieved my new debit Visa Classic card (Sparkasse Bank) today. I tried to link it with my paypal account and entered the billing adress correctly, but I failed in my attempts to connect it. Is there a problem with Visa classic? Why can't I connect it to my paypal account? Can you, please, help me?
Thank you so much for your answer. I think I have a different kind of problem because I can't even link my card, PayPal is declining it when I enter the data. My bank says everything is ok with them, and that my card doesn't have any limitations. It is kind of urgent, I hope somebody can help me.
I can't link my bank account, and my debit card to my Account, anytime i put all my debit card data , it will declined by PayPal, and i contact my bank , they i don't have any problem , pls help me
You can't add a local bank account / debit card in your country. You can only link a visa credit card.
The option to receive Paypal payments is sadly not available in Nigeria. You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.
Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer. There are quite a few countries unable to receive Paypal payments.
