Transfer from bank not appearing in PayPal account

Six days ago, I submitted a request within PayPal to transfer money from my bank account into my PayPal account. Four days ago, the money was debited from my bank account, but it has not yet arrived in my PayPal account.
When I try to access Resolution Center on this transaction, an error message appears saying "Resolution Center is not available for this type of transaction". How do I contact PayPal to figure why the money has not been credited to my PayPal account? Thank you.
