Hi, Today i added my credit card to my brothers bank account as we were both out of town. Then after I came home I deleted my credit card from his account and tried to add my credit card back to my account but it now says This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method. i deleted it from my brothers account 6 hours ago and this message is still appearing please help me as I have to withdraw money from my PayPal account to my credit card but I cannot now and now I am very stressed  thank you

Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?

Hi how do I contact customer support as it has now been 5 days and it says the same thing

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
