Problem with PayPal balance.

I have 30 BAM (about 15 Euros) on my Visa card, but on the PayPal balance it says 0 What do I do??

What do you need to do, I don't understand what you are asking.
You don't need funds on a balance to fund purchases, that is done from any linked card in your country.
Advice is voluntary.

The problem is that my Visa card is connected with PayPal, but it shows 0 on the balance..

Well it would if you haven't 'added' funds from your card to your balance???
However in your country you can't add funds to a balance, you can only fund purchases from your linked card.
Your balance is only for receiving sales and then auto withdrawn to any linked visa card.
Advice is voluntary.

Okay thanks, because I was trying to deposit 10€ to OptionIQ (but it says that I can’t buy in in different currency, and I tried changing it but I only have BAM option)
