Hi, I have created my account in Kuwait and I cant connect it to my Kuwait bank. I see there is only option for US banks. I don't want to send my PayPal money to another PayPal account that is connected to a bank, the 6% transfer fee is brutal 😞
You can't add a local bank account in every country, if you go to add a bank and there is only the U.S option then it would not be available in your country.
You can however in some countries add a U.S bank account (not card) to your paypal account. This is because paypal is a U.S company. It allows its citizens living abroad to be able to add their U.S bank account to other countries paypal accounts.

Why would you want to connect it to a Canadian bank account if you are in Kuwait?
Paypal is country specific so you have to add banks/cards etc from within your country however because paypal is a U.S company they allow their citizens if living abroad to add their bank account to other countries paypal accounts.
