I used to had my Prepaid Mastercard linked to my account fine, but once it expired my card issuer gave me a Prepaid Visa as replacement. When I tried to link it back to my account, the system couldn't verify me as the owner of the card and asked me to contact my card issuer. My card issuer couldn't help much and asked me to refer back to PayPal. I call the customer service in PayPal he said it's probably because I am trying to link a Prepaid Card instead of a Credit or Debit Card. Anyone else facing this issue too?
