PayPal won’t let me add my new debit card.

I only have two cards on my PayPal account. One is a used gift card (so no money on it) and the other is my old, now-deactivated debit card. I’m trying to add my new debit card to my PayPal wallet but it’s saying the card is already linked to another account. I have absolutely no recollection of ever making another PayPal account, and if I somehow did at some point, I have no way of remembering any username I might’ve used. I have no clue how to fix this and I use a merchandise website that requires a PayPal account, so this is very frustrating. I have no way of knowing how to log into this mystery account and remove the card.

See if customer services can check another account for you?

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
