PayPal Transfer funds

Hi, Is anyone else having trouble transferring funda from PayPal to their UNFCU debit card. My card is linked and verified but when I go to transfer it says, The card cannot be used. My card provider says it should be able to work. Anyone else experienced this? I am unable to reach the Help Support as well. Thanks

To withdraw funds you need to use the services of M-PESA or Equity Bank to transfer out of a Kenyan PayPal account.
If unable to get those to work customer service assistance would be needed.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
