If my debit card is linked to my limited and locked PayPal account will I still be able to use it to pay my bills on the 1st of the month only debit I have that money will be available on the 1st linked to my locked account
If your PayPal account is limited, any active Billing Agreements or Scheduled Recurring Payments will be debited as usual. If you'd like to cancel any Billing Agreements, you can do so by accessing your 'Pre-Approved' payments in the PayPal account.
If you'd like to use the Debit Card to pay for bills outside of PayPal, the limitation shouldn't affect the card's usability.
