PayPal isn't accepting my IBAN number when I type it correctly, can someone help me please?

Can you confirm you live in Cyprus?

Only some paypal account users that live in unsupported paypal countries use a Cypriot paypal account to try and bypass any ban.

I don't live in Cyprus, I live in Bangladesh where PayPal isn't officially recognizable

That's why things are not working for you then, paypal is not supported or available in Bangladesh and you can't just use another countries paypal account it won't work for you.
