I can’t add funds from my cards or banks. And I’m not restricted.

I can’t add funds from Wells Fargo, SRPFCU or my debit or credit cards, all are confirmed, I’m not restricted. Each time it says there’s a problem, I chatted with support, their last advice was to wait 72 hours and try again, I did.

I know how to add funds, that’s not the problem, when I actually press the button to add the funds, an error pops up saying “there is a problem” no matter which bank or card I try, the security of PayPal is blocking the transaction. And PayPal support was little to no help, and they tell you to wait 72 hours, because they can close the ticket in 48, I was hoping someone who has had the same problem would see this.
