I have been trying to link my Philippine National Bank and Union Bank of the Philippines to my Paypal account but it keeps saying "The information you entered is incorrect. Please check your information and try again.".
I entered the bank name, I entered the respective bank codes (for PNB it's [removed] and for Union Bank it's [removed] and I have entered the account numbers. The thing is the account numbers for both banks are only 12 digits and the instructions say "A 1-16 digit number..." but I still entered it and it said the info is incorrect. So I tried my debit card numbers for each bank which are 16 digit numbers but it still says incorrect.
I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I hope someone can help. Thank you.
