How and where to locate the four digit codes from debit card statement

Please house, it been more than 3 business days already and I can't see or locate the 4 digit codes to confirm my PayPal account. Please, where and what should i do to see the code?

You would only be able to add a visa credit card (not a bank account or debit card in your country.
