It's been months and I have been trying to connect my Gcash account to my paypal but still couldn't, because I couldn't access Preapproved Payments it always says "An unexpected error has occurred. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later", that is what pops up when I go to payments and manage funding sources. Kindly help me. Thank you!
