My account went negative around 23.04 , I balanced it 16.05 (after more than 14days). Today I got an email, what said I have to pay more (the previous amount of money and the debt) I understand the debt(because I balanced it after 14 days), but do I have to pay the whole amount of money again ? Has anyone had the same issue ? I tried to reach the paigo (debt) company, haven’t got reply yet.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
