Capitec Bank Master card (Debit card)

I've been trying to link my Capitec Bank Master card (Debit card) to my Paypal account, but its impossible to do! I do not have a FNB account and I do not plan opening an account with FNB ever, so does this then mean I have to close my Paypal account and forget about using Paypal? Please advise?
