Cannot link a Swedish bank account

Hope some SOB who work at PayPal is monitoring this community and can help out with this.

When I try to Link my Swedish bank account, PayPal requires 11-14 digits number but the account number is actually 15 digits.

This PayPal probably hasn't evolved since Musk sold it!

Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
